The In's and Outs
Booking a Consultation
Step one
Let's meet up for a cozy consultation, most likely at a local coffee shop, where we can dive into your vision and chat about how our photography process unfolds. We go over everything from booking your date, picking your wardrobe and accepting a retainer.
The Experience
Step Two
Depending on the session we planned in your consultation, we'll spend 1-3 hours together on the day of your session at the location of your choice. I'll take you through guided poses to craft your incredible gallery of images!
Your Reveal and Ordering Session
Step Three
About a week after your session, we'll get together for your image reveal in person or via zoom. You'll see your best color graded images and a retouched sample to choose your final gallery. We offer both digital only and product collections.
Every session is unique and each gallery is one of a kind. My only focus is on crafting a work of art that honors the vision we created together. This is a journey of self love and artistic creation.

Who is behind the camera?
Hi there! I'm Cece Buehner, your go-to creative portrait photographer here in Oshkosh, WI. My passion for capturing the beauty of women who might not feel totally comfortable in front of the camera is deeply personal—I get it, and I'm here for you. I specialize black and white and moody photography, but I won't put up my nose to something bright and airy if it's the vibe we need. I've honed my skills in both natural and studio lighting and I try to be prepared for anything!
But, I'm not just about my work behind the lens. I'm a proud mom of three and have two bonus daughters, making me a pro at getting even the most camera-shy creatures to look like pros—yes, even the lizards and cats that share our home with my supportive husband (who happens to be my business partner). I love window shopping, collecting local art and honestly my favorite pastime is hanging out with my hype squad--aka my three best friend's of 20 years. We love to craft our own dream photoshoots! I'm a proud feminist, and artist with an interest in Celtic spirituality. I can't wait to be your photographer!

My style of photography is moody and informed by light and shadow. Im down to create backlight gorgeousness and broody darkness based off of the creative vision we worked on together.
INVESTMENT--
The costs of sessions covers planning consultations, session time, color grading, retouching of your chosen gallery and in some cases Hair and Make up services.
WARDROBE--
We're building a wardrobe of amazing pieces for creative shoots that consists of crowns, flowers, dresses, jewelry but the pieces you bring to your session will make it the most unique. Each creative session comes with a styling consultation where we can help you craft the perfect fit for your shoot!
LOCATION--
Anywhere you want. Seriously, if its available to photograph at we can go! We have a list of locations that we love that are versatile but we're willing to go wherever your creative spirit leads!
WHEN--
Whether you want an indoor or outdoor shoot will determine the best time of year for your session. Ice queen? lets brave the tundra. Goddess of the sun? Amazing, let's go.
WHY?--
Why not? One of the most transformative experiences have had in my life is the ability to see myself the way the people who love me see me. Then, to see myself in the characters and figures I love so much.
